End User License Agreement

This End-User License Agreement (EULA) creates a legal bond between you and Famisee. It outlines how you can use Famisee software. When you download or use our software, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to follow this EULA.

IF YOU REJECT THESE TERMS, DON’T INSTALL OR USE THE SOFTWARE. WHEN YOU USE THE SOFTWARE, YOU LEGALLY AGREE TO THIS AGREEMENT.

How You Can Use Famisee Software

We designed Famisee software to monitor devices you own or have clear permission to track. It’s illegal to install our software on someone else’s device without their direct consent. Moreover, monitoring certain people may face legal limits in your area. Therefore, always check and follow your local laws before using Famisee.

Your License Rights

Famisee gives you a personal, non-transferable license to install and use the software on one device. You cannot install Famisee on multiple devices at once unless we permit it. Additionally, you may create one backup copy for your personal use if it keeps all copyright notices intact.

Our Ownership Rights

Famisee maintains complete ownership of the software and all related intellectual property rights. We license the software to you rather than selling it. As a result, you receive limited rights to use it under this agreement, and we reserve all other rights.

What You Cannot Do

You must not reverse engineer, decompile, or change the software in any way. Furthermore, the software is only for personal use and cannot be rented, leased, sublicensed, or used commercially. Finally, you cannot transfer this EULA or usage rights to anyone else, except when transferring a device with pre-installed software (where the software and EULA must stay intact).

Software Improvements

Famisee may release updates, patches, or enhancements. Subsequently, these updates will follow the same terms as this EULA unless we state otherwise.

Data We Collect

By using Famisee, you allow us to collect certain usage and diagnostic data as explained in our Privacy Policy. Consequently, we may use this data to improve our software and your experience.

Internet Access Requirements

Some Famisee features need an active internet connection. Hence, extra charges might apply based on your data plan.

International Usage Restrictions

The software falls under export control laws. When you use the software, you agree to follow these laws, including those about exporting software from your country.

When Your License Ends

This EULA will automatically end if you break its terms. After termination, you must stop using the software immediately and remove all copies from your devices.

No Guarantees

Famisee provides the software “as is” without warranties, either stated or implied. We don’t promise the software will be error-free or meet your specific needs. Therefore, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

Limits to Our Responsibility

Famisee is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages from your use of the software, even if we knew such damages might occur. This includes, but isn’t limited to, damages from data loss or service interruptions.

Legal Jurisdiction

This EULA follows the laws of your residence jurisdiction. Any disputes about this agreement will go to courts in your local area, unless Famisee seeks protection in another jurisdiction.

Complete Agreement

This EULA forms the entire agreement between you and Famisee. If any part becomes unenforceable, the rest will still apply.
